Frances plans the Chinese component of the curriculum in the Busy Bees Class. She graduated from St. Peter's English School in Hong Kong. She has a Child Development Teacher's Permit. Frances enjoys travelling, window shopping, sewing, cooking, reading, and sampling different foods. She has been with WMS since September 1984.
